*A credit card surcharge of $18.81 applies per registration. This fee applies if you select invoice and pay the invoice by credit card
*Please be advised that invoices are not automated, it may take up to 7 business days for your invoice to be sent.
The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Attendance to all Conference sessions and entry to the exhibition
- Conference catering
- Welcome reception ticket
- Conference celebration ticket (one) on 19 March 2020
- Satchel containing official Conference information and name badge
- Access to Conference App
- Volunteer Group Activity at chosen location on Friday 20 March 2020 (limited numbers)*
*transport may be an additional cost
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with your confirmation and a tax invoice and receipt attached. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings.
Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions.
Certificate of attendance
Please see the Conference registration staff onsite if you require a certificate of attendance.
Transfer of registration
Please make sure you notify Volunteering WA if you are transferring your registration to another person 7 days prior to the Conference (Wednesday 11 March 2020).
Cancellations must be notified in writing to Volunteering WA by emailing NVC2020@volunteeringwa.org.au prior to the Conference date. Cancellation 6 months+ prior to the event, 75% of the contracted amount will be payable; cancellation 0-6 months prior to the event, 100% of the contracted amount will be payable.
